 ONLINE COURSES

Stepping stones.jpg

Online courses open up many opportunities for sharing teaching, and pooling our knowledge and experiences.

I’ll be presenting a couple of new courses over this year to provide distance learning: sign up for occasional updates and you will hear as soon as they become live.

I’m always interested in hearing your suggestions for courses – just send them along.

The Druid’s Eye View is now open for enrolment! Read all about it via the school’s home page here.

A short, introductory course to introduce you a Druidic way of viewing the world, through the natural elements; of reconnecting to a local natural environment through all the senses; of understanding that all life as inspirited, and of ‘joining up’ our inner and outer world, to lead to a life of enchantment.

And these are some ideas for the future…

Growing the Living Tree

The Druid connection to nature is historically mediated through trees, our wise cousins. This course develops our understanding of tree-qualities and how we can access them, deepening our sense of the support and connection which the natural world and especially the trees are quietly waiting for us to accept.

The Michael Line Project

This pilot course was based on the Michael Line, UK. *

The online course will involve an exploration of energy lines of your area, and will involve walking, map work, studying local history and traditions, then working with them in the locations.

*The Michael Line is a ley line alignment which is also the longest line that can be drawn from the North  East (Norfolk) to the South West (Cornwall) in Britain. It is an energy line, so called because it is distinguished by the regular placement of pre-reformation churches dedicated to St Michael on top of hills along its length. The author John Michell in ‘View over Atlantis’, first identified a part of it, and it was developed by Hamish Miller.
